Joan helps ensure our team’s clients receive a high level of service in their interactions with
our team. She prides herself on maintaining a client service mindset. Her responsibilities include client onboarding, servicing existing accounts, and responding to requests efficiently.
Joan studied business and communications while attending Henderson Community College. She enjoys reading historical fiction, theology and mysteries, decorating and especially, spending time with family and friends.
